We offer comprehensive services in plastic molding, extrusion molding, and foam molding. From material evaluation, product design, mold development, manufacturing, and packaging to export, we collaborate closely with our clients to provide full-process solutions.
Household Product Components
Soap Dispenser Pumps:
Since 1990, we have earned the trust of our U.S. client, winning the final pump design and its supply chain through competitive bidding. To this day, we continue to meet the diverse needs of their brand across hotels, shopping malls, and residential applications.
Venetian Blind Accessories:
In 1998, we developed a special faux-wood Venetian blind. The production technology was later transferred to the Ta Chen International, Inc. in 2013, while we continued to supply related accessories for domestic and international blind markets.
Mechanical Core Components
Drive Shafts:
We provide high-precision drive shafts designed to transmit torque and rotation, serving applications within pump components where direct transmission is not feasible.
Impellers:
By assisting in resolving their impeller-related issues, we subsequently secured this project and have since been consistently supplying various sizes of impellers to the client overseas.
Medical-Specific Tools
Disposable Mixing Bowl:
Starting in 2024, we began supplying overseas clients with white polypropylene disposable mixing bowls used for dental impression materials in dental clinics and laboratories.
Jetson Plastic Wood/Modular House
Wood-Plastic Composite (WPC) is an environmentally friendly material.
It can be 100% recycled within the factory and is produced using minimal or waste wood, thereby reducing the amount of logging needed to produce an equivalent volume of building materials. WPC also demonstrates better insulation performance than wood, helping to reduce household energy consumption.
Wood-plastic composites offer excellent dimensional stability—they do not expand or shrink as easily as wood. WPC retains the strength of wood while combining the flexibility and impact resistance of plastic, integrating the most desirable physical properties of both materials into a single composite.
